  Just returned from the flemingate branch, took my son as a treat for his birthday, well I wish I hadn't bothered! Hardly any sandwiches and the most ignorant, miserable staff I have met! Not one smile thank you or goodbye! Not even offered anything to carry 3 drinks and sandwiches in as we were taking away! Starbucks is right opposite and to be honest usually go there as the staff are so helpful and friendly and they serve white hot chocolate which I prefer but I gave my son a choice of where he wanted to go for his birthday breakfast and unfortunately he chose Costa, well I certainly won't be going there again! Save your money and go to Starbucks instead it's far more welcoming.
