  The service that we received from your engineer was exceptional. His analysis of the problem was extremely thoughtful, with excellent explanations to us of how he was thinking. Our washing machine turned out to be a tricky one to access and, when replacing brushes was proving difficult, he could very easily have given up and diagnosed the need for a new motor. Instead he was very persistent and in the end we, and he, were delighted when his determination paid off. In addition to all of this he was also extremely thoughtful about not damaging floors and surfaces with tools and the movement of the washing machine. We could not have asked for a better experience.

  Hi would just like to say how pleased I was with your engineer who has been dealing with my LG washing machine repair. He was brilliant, he was very courteous, aware of my needs, very skilled at his job, tided up after all the work was completed. When I saw all that came out of the washer to enable him to compete the repair I was amazed how he put it all back. Very high class service highly recommended.
