  Feeling disappointed and cross. Since September 16, I've have spent just under £2000 in this store. Last Saturday 6.5.17 I purchased some mudguards £44.95. Today 13.5.17 I went to return them, due to the back one rubs on my tyre. I have readjusted them a couple of times and with in minutes they were rubbing again. I was told several times that they sell loads of them and this does not happen all so I could readjust them. I said quite politely "please do not insinuate, I am lying and I have no intelligence" I was told...I'm not but we have sold loads of them and this does not happen. I had to ask 3 times for him to stop insulting me, so I could remain calm on the outside. He did say "sorry, but we sell loads" so in others words I don't believe you. I will be driving to the Harrogate store to buy my helmet and future purchases from now on.
